History From Owner
In 1975 I built my first backyard barbeque grill. After 30 years of barbecuing for family and friends, we have the BBQ smoker/grill combo we’ve been looking for – – The South West Smoker.
In 1996, Superior Welding Services, Inc. started building the South West Smoker, making it available for the first time to the public. I believe our bar-b-que smokers and BBQ grills are superior in design and performance to any bar-b-que smokers and grills available today.
The South West Smoker combines a wood fueled fire, water and your favorite BBQ recipe to produce an attractive and tasty barbequed meal. Create succulent smoked meats, tasty, tender BBQ ribs and the juiciest Thanksgiving turkey your family has ever eaten. And, what’s more, the South West Smoker will look great in anyone’s backyard!! We even offer a tailgate special BBQ grill for barbecuing at those fun tailgate parties.
